Investor. I am looking to find working or non working farms that can be purchased/ renovated and managed by a farmer or couple . interested in properties with access to water/ housing. Goal is to break up larger less profitable plots of land into smaller biodiversed plots allowing more people the opportunity to farm and communities with more diverse local produce/meat/dairy.
Will work with farmers or current owners of land to create business plans and find them good stewards.
