Seeking Farm Ownership

Greetings and blessings,

Since I was a child all I saw around me and ate were home grown food directly from my grandparents farm lands. Animal’s raised with love that supplied us with nourishment and allowed us to earn an income to sustain ourselves.

Than when my grandparents died my parents lost the land as other’s forcefully took it from them but they did not know better or what to do in order to save it.

As a backyard farmer and gardener for over 30 years I aspire to one day buy land and raise up a homestead filled with animals. Growing my own food, supplying the local community struggling with food insecurity and teaching brown people and other marginalized groups and disabled communities the importance of food sustainability, growing and taking care of our earth or lands by loving it and caring for it.

 I want to teach and train others in the most memorable richest time in my life I most remembered as the joyous, happiest and healthiest when I was just a child.

I pray and ask God for a miracle that some day my dreams will come through and I will be able to relieve living off the grid just how Mother Earth intended us to be so some day by grandchildren can learn and experience as well as keep in the family our cultural heritage, believes, ways of life and appreciate all the nature has to give us.
