We are launching a new wine brand this year (2021).  Our first vintage will be 25% Connecticut grapes (which we need to source if you have any suggestions).  We want to get vines in the ground asap for future bottling so we are looking for land that is appropriate for this purpose.  The optimal situation would be leasing the land and having the farmer work the property (for pay of course).  Or, we could lease the land and work it ourselves with help we will bring in.  We would like to start with 3-5 acres but could see that increasing in the near future once we are up and running.  We are very serious, self funded and make decisions quickly.  If we sound like a good fit for you please reach out.  We will respond immediately and set up a call to discuss. Thank you kindly, J&C.
