Almost 300 year old family farm, looking for fresh ideas to diversify. 40 yo divorced father of 2 farming on my own and getting overwhelmed lately and considering partnering for some crops. Farm is an old dairy farm with building in rough shape, some are repairable, some are not. Property has an existing retail building and parking lot. (needs some work) i have lots of equipment from small to large, including, tractors, tillage, hay, planting, and vegetable equipment. planning to get a combine for small grains. i am currently farming 170 acres and have another 30 or so that im not really using
