Experienced in fine gardening techniques and farming with natural composting. I am seeking a farm or partnership where knowledge and experience can be gained in the areas of livestock management and operating farm equipment. I am also interested in food preservation via different methods, as well as herbalism. I have worked in the healthcare industry for most of my adult life, but have discovered a profound interest in sustainable, natural living and farming over the last few years. Over the last year I have been traveling to different homesteads in Central America as well as the Southwest US to learn about various methods for growing and sustainable living to apply to my own experience in the Northeast. I would love to continue learning about agricultural methods to serve our growing communities in Connecticut.
