Hello, and thanks for considering our profile. My wife and I own and operate Disco Forno, a mobile pizza truck and wood fired catering operation. While based in Hartford, we travel throughout CT, NY, MA, & RI serving at weddings, corporations, schools, and other events. We are seeking to move to a homestead where we can base our family, grow fresh seasonal ingredients, raise chickens/family cow and other animals, relocate our food manufacturing operations, as well as open the land to host boutique barn weddings, and farm to table events in the fields. While we are seeking a property to purchase, we are certainly open to in-operation agriculture or agro-tourism businesses such as creameries, wineries, breweries who would benefit from having an in house caterer and events facilitator.
