My life partner and I have a diverse background that involves breeding and raising Heritage Mangalitsa hogs, raising meat birds, laying hens, ducks, gardening. Carl is a professional chef as well as an accomplished and skilled carpenter. I have a corporate background as a Executive Administrator to the president of a worldwide corporation, Fiserv. I have raised pigs, cows, poultry including ducks. Our heritage piglets were purchased by Michelin Star Chef, Dan Barber for his NYC restaurants. I have baled hay in the tens of thousands and can operate a tractor or skid steer. We are seeking a homestead where we can create a sustainable living space, create a revenue stream, perhaps a permaculture environment, and where I can do my Equine Gestalt Coaching.
