My name is Jyheim Cooke. I am 20 years old and I have been looking to start a small scale farm business with my dad. Im looking for roughly .05 to to acres of useable farmland to organically grow specialty crops and mushrooms to sell in NY as soon as possible. Ideally. I would also like for housing to be available.
I am in progress of creating a business plan that will outline the entire operation I would like to have.
