Description

I am looking for land, a small barn and pasture for horses, and sheep. My focus is creating a peaceful, loving environment for my program, Horses Healing Hearts which provides equine psychotherapy to children, teens who have been emotionally and/or physically abused. Horses Healing Hearts has been highly successful for these kids, often being the only positive presence in their lives. The opiate crisis in CT has heightened the need to help more kids who are left in foster care, or suffer from significant loss/trauma. We need a new place to call home. Also,I am interested in helping a farmer on the same property with growing veggies and/or flowers. Ideally I can lease a space for HHH, live on the property or nearby.  Thank You!
