Lisa Toth

Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Lisa Toth. I am an educator, and a former owner of a Montessori school. I currently contract out privately to families. My husband, Frank, has farmed his entire life, specializing in both goat and cow dairy. While in Connecticut, Frank was making yogurt, which became the #1 seller amongst many local supermarkets. He moved on to goat dairy, and learned how to make cheese, which ultimately was used in several of the local restaurants. 

What we would like to do is begin a Goat Creamery, selling goats milk products such as cheese, yogurt, lotions, candles, soaps, to name a few. We would also like to incorporate charcuterie boards to be paired with local fine wines.

We are building our goat herd, which is currently up to 40. We are extremely passionate, dedicated, and very hard working individuals, looking for the perfect farm for us to grow and live our happily ever after. We would very much welcome this opportunity to discuss further. Thank you!
