Description

I am looking to partner with someone with more experience on a small farm preferably in central CT as part of my retirement plan.  I am looking to purchase and partner with someone.  I would be interested in working with a more experienced farmer needing funding.  I have the funds available to purchase without a loan. I would like to get land that has a deed restriction or easement related to agriculture if possible due to the lower taxes and acquisition costs.  I would be interested in buying a parcel that is part of a larger farm for sale. I am considering orchard use, vegetable use, and livestock.
