Town of Granby
Request for Proposals
License for the Cultivation of 107 East Street
The Town of Granby will receive sealed proposals for the use of 107 East Street for cultivation.
The cultivated area is approximately 75 acres. The license will be for a five (5) year term.
Proposals will be accepted until 11:00 AM on Friday September 29, 2023, at which time they
will be opened and read aloud.
The documents comprising this request for proposals may be obtained on the Town of Granby
website at https://www.granby-ct.gov/ and at the Granby Town Hall, 15 North Granby Road,
Granby, CT in the Community Development Department during Town Hall business hours,
Monday-Wednesday 8 AM – 4 PM, Thursday 8 AM – 6 PM, and Friday 8 AM – 12:30 PM.
The Town of Granby reserves the right to amend or terminate this request for proposals, accept
all or any part of a proposal, reject all proposals, waive any informalities or non-material
deficiencies in a proposal, and award the proposal to the highest responsible proposer.
