I am looking for a part-time or full-time farmer interested in creating a working farm and homesteading operation in conjunction with the brewery on site. The property has approximately 12-15 acres of available land and another 15 acres of forest. 2-3 acres are suitable for vegetables, with the remainder suitable for pasture. There is additional acreage more suitable for hay and similar crops next door. The farm has done a mix of pastured pork, pastured chicken, various vegetable crops, hops, and other social farming over the years.
There is a small greenhouse that was damaged but could be repaired and reskinned with associated infrastructure. The farm has a tractor with various implements and receives organic waste (spent grain) from the brewery, which also rents on the property. There is a mobile chicken coop, a shipping-container pair of workshops, and other small infrastructure on the farm, but no large barn.
