Description

This farm is located in Maine, 10min over the CT state line.

100 year old farm with farmhouse, barn and garage. Two. / 2 acre fields presently being hayed. Farmhouse has been recently restored. One part time tenant uses small space in barn in barn to store garden minerals for his Bio Nutrient Food Non- Profit Org. We have potential access to greenhouse space from a farmer who is retiring and will grant us leases. Owners maintain grounds and will be continuing to do rehab work on the barn as time and resources permit. Owners do not live on the farm.
