Description
Hay, alfalfa, and field corn have been grown on the land. In addition to the fields there's about an equal amount of woodland. The land has some slope to it in places, more or less. It might be good for livestock or pastured poultry. There are currently stone walls but no wire fencing. About half of the available land has been hayed with no chemicals applied, while the other half has had minimal application of herbicide.
We also have a large vegetable garden, raspberries, blueberries, hardy kiwis, chicken (hoop) coops and opportunities for smaller enterprises.
