Description

Eleven acres of tillable land in two connected fields. Back half is overgrown with Russian olives, front field  has weeds. Would be happy to pay some one a reasonable price to clear both lands for farming. After that will rent for a (negotiable) modest sum of $100 a season. Farmer's road provides access and area to park. Equipment may be left during the season, but not during the winter. One year lease renewable every year so long as parties are agreeable. Renter must provide certificate of insurance and sign a "hold harmless"  lease agreement each year.
