Description
Peacefield Farm in Coventry, CT is seeking an experienced grower interested in developing a collaborative small farm enterprise. The property includes appr. 20 acres, 10 of open field, a barn, water access, equipment, and a heated 90 by 17 foot greenhouse suitable for early season production.
This year I piloted a cut flower garden, 5 rows 90 by 5. Will expand 4 fold next year. Directly selling to local florists and intend a pick your own system in spring of 27
My intention is to build a long-term partnership with someone interested in building a sustainable farm enterprise rather than a traditional employer-employee relationship.
The farm would be well suited to berries, medicinal herbs, cut flowers and other high value specialty crops suited to New England.
