Description

Total Acreage is 168.4 acres consisting of approximately 60-80 of prime crop fields currently under cultivation for corn, timothy and alfalfa. the contains portions of the 10 Mile River and a small feeder brook that flow into the dam controlled (3 +/- acre) Palmer Pond bordering  the Town of Columbia. It also borders the CT Airline Park by approximately 3,500 linear feet. The terrain is level and rolling with some forest land and some wetland. It is one of the beautiful farms in the area.
