We have spent 4 years cultivating our soil and removing rocks in our current plot. Lime is applied each year along with a top dressing of compost from the animals here on the farm. We have not had to supplement with fertilizer for years. There are several areas that can also be utilized for growing but will need soil amendments initially.

We currently own and operate a small (non-certified) organic farm. Our main crops are seasonal vegetables with several reliable buyers (restaurants).  We have just installed a 48'x16' tunnel house to extend the growing season. Approximately 5,000sf of fenced in growing area with several raised beds with the opportunity for more growing area. Access to well water, tools, materials etc. all included with the lease. 8'x8' farm stand is located at the corner of the property with full size refrigerator. Option for tractor use/rent as well. We ask that all practices be organic and sustainable in respect to our land and farm animals. Our farm has a growing community and educational events as well as community events are welcome and encouraged upon discussion and approval.
