A new barn with a 5 adult cow and a 5 young-stock capacity with a hay loft and a goat shed for 12 goats. Two other shed buildings for storage or workshops. A separate cheese making facility with a 15 gallon pasteurizer, a cold water chiller exchange freezer, a 6foot drain table, a 3 bay sink, 3 storage racks, cheese molds and an 8x12 ft walk in cooler. The current owner made pub cheese and sold it locally. The maximum weekly output of this cheese is about 225 lbs. Other cheeses can be made here, bring your expertise and imagination.
